Convey: How do I change my password?

On the Convey mobile app

  1. Login as normal
  2. Tap the three lines in the top right corner to access the Menu
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap “Change password”
  5. You must enter your existing password to update
  6. Tap “Save”


On the Convey Partner Portal

  1. On your computer, navigate to the website: go.oneday.com
  2. Login using the same credentials you do for the app
  3. Tap your name in the top right corner to access the Menu
  4. Tap the button that says, “Change Password” in the top right corner
  5. You must enter your existing password to update
  6. Tap, “Submit”
