Convey: Help! I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the Convey mobile app

  1. On the login screen of the Convey app, tap the link that says, “Forgot password?” 
  2. Enter the email address you used to register your account and tap “Request to reset password”
  3. If the email entered is linked to a Convey account, you’ll receive an email to reset your password
  4. In the email, you’ll see be a short series of numbers; simply click those numbers
  5. This will automatically allow you to create your new username and password
  6. This link will be available for 60 minutes after the request was made

 

On the Convey Partner Portal

  1. On your computer, navigate to the website: go.oneday.com
  2. Click the link that says, “Forgot password?” 
  3. Enter the email address you used to register your account and click “Reset password”
  4. If the email entered is linked to a Convey account, you’ll receive an email to reset your password
  5. In the email, you’ll see be a short series of numbers; simply click those numbers
  6. This will automatically allow you to create your new username and password
  7. This link will be available for 60 minutes after the request was made

If you haven’t set a password previously, you cannot use the “Forgot password?” link. Contact conveysupport@oneday.com with your name, business name, and role to get set up
